Thanks to the awesome work by our friends at Cirrus Insight, Cumulus CRM now offers all the power of the Salesforce.com platform, customized for real estate, from right inside of your Outlook or GMail inbox. You can accomplish many of your CRM related functions without ever directly logging in to Cumulus:

  • prior email correspondence
  • phone call records
• Compose email from within your inbox, using common templates you or your team has established in Cumulus
  • Templates established for firm-wide use
  • Templates created by individual agents for their own use
• Click directly into contact, listing, or other records in Cumulus, from your Inbox, to do more intensive work in the full Cumulus interface
